Tham Bun & Tak Bat
Tak Bat is the morning offering of food to monks on their alms round — merit (tham bun) for the giver. Usually at dawn; offer barefoot, and women do not touch the monk. Tham bun is any good deed: offering at the temple, releasing animals, helping the community.
