ที่มา: The Pattaya News

– Vibharam Laemchabang Hospital officially opened a new international clinic at Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya on October 19th, 2026.

– The clinic wants to improve access to basic medical care for local residents, social security-insured patients, expatriates, and tourists.

– The facility will provide initial assessments and health services, with referrals to the main hospital for more complex diagnosis and treatment.

Pattaya, Thailand – Vibharam Laemchabang Hospital has opened a new international clinic in central Pattaya, expanding access to medical services for residents, social security-insured patients, and foreign visitors and expats.

The opening ceremony for the Vibharam Laemchabang International Clinic took place on October 19th, 2026, on the first floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya in Chonburi Province.

Pattaya Mayor Poramese Ngampichet presided over the ceremony and delivered opening remarks. He was joined by Associate Professor Dr. Sawan Khwanjaipanich, director of Vibharam Laemchabang Hospital, hospital executives, medical personnel, representatives from the business and hotel sectors, and other invited guests. The event concluded with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The new facility operates as an outreach clinic, bringing healthcare services closer to people in the community rather than requiring every patient to travel directly to the main hospital.

Its services will focus on initial medical consultations and treatment, health promotion, care for patients covered by Thailand’s social security system, and assessments to determine whether patients require further examination or more specialized treatment at Vibharam Laemchabang Hospital.

The clinic will also cater to foreign residents and international tourists visiting Pattaya, with an emphasis on making medical services more accessible and establishing a clear connection between the clinic and the main hospital.

This linked approach is intended to help patients receive appropriate follow-up care, with referrals arranged when their conditions require more advanced diagnostic procedures or treatment.

Dr. Sawan said the opening represented an important step in the hospital’s efforts to bring healthcare services closer to the public, particularly social security-insured patients and foreign residents in Pattaya.

He added that connecting the new clinic with the hospital would support continuity of care, allowing patients to access initial services locally while retaining a pathway to more comprehensive treatment when necessary.

Located on the first floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, the international clinic offers another option for accessing healthcare in the city centre, serving both the local community and Pattaya’s substantial international visitor population.
