Park Hill event, backed by the local health security fund, promotes exercise and preventive care for all ages.
Residents of Takhian Tia and Banglamung joined an exercise session to launch the “Aerobic Dance for Health” project, designed at improving community health at Park Hill.
On the 6th of October 2026, at the gymnasium in Park Hill Village, Moo 3, residents of Takhian Tia and nearby areas took part in the opening of the “Aerobic Dance for Health” project. The activity is supported by the local area National Health Security Fund and continues work funded in the 2025 fiscal year to promote exercise and strengthen public health in the community.
Mr. Preecha Raksachanon, vice president of the Takian Tia Subdistrict Municipality Council and club president, presided over the opening ceremony. Also present were Mr. Charan Prakobtham, former chairman of the advisory board to the mayor of Takian Tia Subdistrict Municipality; Dr. Supaporn Prakobtham, chair of the Takian Tia Subdistrict Women’s Development Committee; members of the municipal council; the health security fund committee; aerobic athletes; women’s groups from Takian Tia and Bang Lamung; and local residents.
Held under the theme “Good Health at Park Hill, Park Hill United,” the project encourages people of all ages to value exercise, preventive care, and ongoing health promotion. Aerobic dance is used as a way to build fitness while also strengthening relationships and community participation.
The Public Health Division of Takian Tia Subdistrict Municipality supported the activity under the health security fund, so that health promotion, prevention, rehabilitation, and care can continue in line with community needs. Municipal officials and the fund described it as a concrete effort to benefit the health of people in the area.
