ที่มา: The Pattaya News

SRI RACHA, Chonburi: Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital (Somdej Phra Boromma Ratchathewi Na Si Racha Hospital) held its Green Cleaning Day 2026 on the seaside helipad grounds, launching the “Green Cleaning Challenge 2026: 4 Colors 4 Zones with Green Somdej.”

Dr. Tanate Jadwattanakul, Deputy Director of the hospital, presided over the opening. The Thai Red Cross Society hospital has long pursued environmental and facilities improvements under its Green Hospital concept, wanting to maintain a safe, clean setting that meets international standards for patients, families, and staff.

This year’s event focused on preparing the site for celebrations of the birthday of Queen Savang Vadhana (Somdet Phra Sri Savarindira Boromrajathewi, the Royal Grandmother) and the hospital’s 124th founding anniversary, observed every 10 September. The hospital opened on 10 September 1902.

Organizers also sought to make hospital grounds and workplaces more orderly and welcoming, involve staff at every level in improving their own work areas, sustain 5S practices, and raise 5S standards ahead of the hospital’s annual internal environmental audit.

The activity shows the hospital’s ongoing commitment to a cleaner, greener environment as it marks more than 12 decades of service by the sea in Si Racha.
