PATTAYA: The Pattaya Nightlife Business Association (PNBA), led by its president, Lisa Hamilton, joined Devalai Mahakali Avatar Chakrawal Chonni, founded by Amporn Kaewsaeng, and members of the association’s committee in hosting a lunch for Pattaya City officials on the fourth-floor rooftop of Pattaya City Hall.
The event was organized to encourage municipal staff and to thank them for their work serving the public and looking after the city. Organizers provided 500 bowls of chicken noodle soup along with curry and rice, which were served during the lunch period. Civil servants, city employees and contract workers lined up continuously to receive meals, with the atmosphere described as warm and informal.
Beyond offering support to those on duty, the organizers said the gathering was intended to strengthen ties among the business sector, the public and local authorities, and to encourage ongoing generosity within the Pattaya community.
