Promotional material released by city channels says the two-day open-air event will feature jazz performances by international and Thai artists against the backdrop of the sea and sunset. Food and craft stalls are expected along the beach, as in previous years. Exact start times and the confirmed lineup have not been published. The festival has been an annual free beachfront event organized by Pattaya City and the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. The 2025 edition, held December 12–13 under the theme “Jazz Harmony With Nature,” opened from 4 p.m. and was headlined by the American group All-4-One, along with Shakatak, Thai artists including Tor Saksit, Natt Buntita, The Swing Kings and others. Earlier editions have similarly mixed international guests with local jazz, soul and funk performers.
City officials have pointed to the jazz festival as one of Pattaya’s signature music events in a broader push for year-round programming. In early October Pattaya was named a 2026 World Festival & Event City by the International Festivals & Events Association, recognizing its calendar of more than 50 medium and large events a year.
