Pattaya: A 27-year-old coffee shop owner returned from relaxing at Pattaya Beach early on November 3rd to find the front wheel of her parked motorcycle had been removed in Soi Pattaya 2.
Pattaya City Police Station received the report at about 1:10 a.m. of the theft of a motorcycle part and sent a patrol unit to the scene. Ms. Uraiphon Sutthisa, 27, was waiting to give a statement and pointed to her black Yamaha Fino 125, plate 1 กศ 4128 Maha Sarakham. Only the body of the motorcycle remained; the front wheel had been taken.
She told officers she had gone to the beach and parked the motorcycle inside Soi Pattaya 2, where other bikes were also parked as usual. When she returned, she was shocked to find the front wheel gone without any other visible damage. She expressed frustration that the thief had not taken the entire motorcycle but only the front wheel, leaving her unable to ride it back.
Police examined the scene and advised her to file a formal complaint so investigators can track the thief and proceed with legal action.
