Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wutthikul inspected road and drainage works near Yamsaard School on Wednesday, 21 October, to check progress on a project costing just over 15 million baht.
The work covers the remaining section of the lane running from the school to the rear of Hua Hin Provincial Court. It includes a reinforced concrete road approximately 7.2 metres wide and 300 metres long, alongside drainage and water supply systems.

Hua Hin Karnchang Limited Partnership is carrying out the work under a contract worth 15,037,000 baht.
Nopporn was joined by Deputy Mayor Sanphop Ungrasamee, municipal councillors, Engineering Bureau Director Konlayut Kuyukham, mayoral adviser Pol Col Samoe Yusamran and engineers supervising the project.
The inspection focused on construction quality and compliance with the municipality’s approved plans and engineering specifications.
The project is intended to improve access for road users and help water drain more effectively from the area. No completion date was provided in the municipality’s update.
