Why Hua Hin Expo 2026 sponsorship sold out, 80% of booths booked

ที่มา: Hua Hin Today

Preparations for Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026 are ahead of schedule, with all sponsorship packages now sold out and 80% of exhibitor booths booked, almost four weeks before the event.

Organised by Hua Hin Today, the free two-day Expo will take place on 14 and 15 November at Hua Hin Convention Centre, Bluport, showcasing the businesses, services, activities and communities that make Hua Hin an attractive place to live, work, visit, retire and invest.

The strong response from sponsors and exhibitors has exceeded organisers’ targets for this stage of preparations, with only a limited number of exhibition spaces remaining.

Jonathan Fairfield, Editor-in-Chief of Hua Hin Today, said the response had been encouraging.

“We’re ahead of where we expected to be at this point. To have sold all our sponsorship packages and booked 80% of exhibitor booths with almost four weeks still to go is a really positive sign. We’re grateful for the support we’ve received from the local business community.”

Press conference and major publicity campaign

The next milestone will be the official press conference on Wednesday, 21 October, at Bluport Hua Hin, attended by sponsors, special partners, local dignitaries, business representatives and members of the media.

The press conference will introduce the Expo and mark the beginning of a comprehensive four-week publicity campaign across Hua Hin Today’s media platforms and other promotional channels including Thai national.

Further announcements will introduce participating exhibitors, special offers, workshops, seminars and activities planned for the event.

What visitors can expect

The Expo will feature approximately 100 exhibitor booths across property and investment, health and wellness, active lifestyle, business and education, hospitality and gastronomy, and community experiences.

Visitors can also enjoy workshops, demonstrations and seminars in both Thai and English, alongside an art and craft market.

Many exhibitors will offer special promotions and discounts on products and services available exclusively during the Expo.

The event will also include Hua Hin in Focus, a photography exhibition celebrating the people, places and landscapes of Hua Hin and the surrounding region.

Jonathan emphasised that the Expo is intended for the entire community.

“This isn’t an event just for expats or tourists. It’s for everyone, particularly the Thai and international communities who live and work here. We want people to come along, discover something new and see just how much Hua Hin has to offer.”

Organisers expect between 4,000 and 6,000 visitors over the two days.

Why Hua Hin? The Hua Hin Expo 2026 takes place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November at Hua Hin Convention Centre, Bluport.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
