Dusit Thani Hua Hin launches Nómada Fiesta, a new monthly celebration of fire, flavour, and Latin rhythm by the sea
Live churrasco, interactive open-fire cooking, tropical cocktails, and Latin-inspired entertainment come together at Nómada Open Fire Grill & Beach Club on the first Friday of every month
Dusit Thani Hua Hin, an expansive luxury beachfront resort known for its lush tropical gardens, onsite organic farm, and wide-ranging leisure, wellness, and dining experiences, has launched Nómada Fiesta, a new monthly dining experience bringing together the bold flavours, lively rhythms, and warm, convivial spirit of South America. Taking place at Nómada Open Fire Grill & Beach Club on the first Friday of every month, the fiesta combines open-fire dining with cocktails, music, and Latin-inspired entertainment by the sea.
At the heart of Nómada Fiesta is a live churrasco experience, with freshly grilled meats carved and served at the table. Guests can also select and grill their own steak and seafood over an open flame, with smoke and fire lending their distinctive character to a generous spread of white prawns, calamari, Argentinian-style chorizo, picanha, Peruvian-style chicken, whole roasted pork, succulent steaks, and leg of lamb.
The culinary experience is led by Peruvian Chef André Josef Nweh Severino, whose cooking draws on the flavours of his homeland and a deep appreciation for the way fire can transform even the simplest ingredients. At Nómada, he interprets South American culinary traditions through quality produce, confident technique, and food designed to be enjoyed together.
Beyond the table, tropical cocktails and music from a live DJ set the mood, while a Latin dance performance by Hua Hin Dancesport Academy brings additional energy to the beachfront setting.
Open to hotel guests, local residents, and visitors to Hua Hin alike, Nómada Fiesta is designed as a relaxed beachfront gathering – a place to meet, mingle, and ease into the weekend by the sea.
The event officially launched on Friday, 2 October 2026, and takes place on the first Friday of every month from 6pm to 10pm. Priced at THB 1,950 net per person, the experience includes one welcome drink, while Dusit Gold members receive 10% savings on food.
