BANGKOK: Nan Nakhon Airport remains open and flights are operating according to schedule despite heavy rain and flooding across several parts of Nan province, aviation authorities confirmed on Wednesday (Aug 19). The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) advised passengers
