The trailer (imo) implies that the boy has feeling for the other one, brings him home and the mother flirts with him, both of them developing an attraction but does not imply de the mother had actual s 3 X with the other boy just flirting. Also does not reveals his sexual orientation. But you can see the mother was really outgoing and will bring men around the house even with her kid being there.
